Frederic Peyrot has spent most of his career in software product management and IT, helping organizations create new digital products and supporting their digital transformation initiatives.
Before Altera, Frederic has occupied many executive roles in the fields of software products and innovation. Previously Frederic worked in HR-Tech, first as Managing Director of an innovation lab for one of Japan’s top HR companies, and then as Head of Technology and Innovation at BRS, part of the Persol group, Asia’s leading recruitment company. Before that, he oversaw the development of Smart Building solutions at Orange Labs Tokyo.
Frederic is also deeply involved in the startup ecosystem as a co-founder, an angel investor and an advisor.
