CASE STUDY
IMPLEMENTING A BEST-FIT LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR 4,000 LEARNERS
CLIENT PAIN POINTS
The Challenge
A major multinational player in the beverage industry was looking to upskill their 4000-people commercial team. They were looking to radically improve their competencies around sales, leadership, and analytics.
In order to do so, the client asked us to help them select and implement a Learning Management System (LMS) that would fit their Learning & Development (L&D) goals while streamlining their online learning processes.
EFFORTS
Our Solutions
- We identified and help clearly defined the client’s requirements & expectations across all stakeholders (sales staff, sales management, HR)
- We mapped the e-Learning solutions market (120+ systems) against requirements and provided a comprehensive benchmarking of 6 shortlisted solution.
- We ran trials across 2 solutions, designing scenarios for both solution administrators and sales staff, to get feedback on usability and feature match.
- We supported the client throughout their internal decision process, guiding them on trade-offs across solutions and facilitating Q&As with solutions vendors.
- We managed the whole vendor RFQ through to negotiation and contract signature.
- We lead the solution implementation including project management, customization and solution onboarding.
- We provided user manuals (in Japanese) and conducted train-the-trainers training sessions.
- We supported the client with designing a roll-out strategy
OUTCOMES
The Results
The client (as reported by Client’s VP of Commercial Capability) was able to effectively roll-out the LMS to its entire (4000) sales staff, with a clear curriculum strategy and best-fit content adapted to the platform.
